Carnivorous Nepenthes Hookeriana is the naturally occurring hybrid of N. ampullaria and N. rafflesiana. This is a fast growing lowland nepenthes. Give it strong lighting for the best color. Do not expose it to temperatures below 50 degrees. For the best results, keep it in a humid environment with temperatures between 60 and 90 degrees. It appreciates a 5 to 10 degree temperature drop at night. Nepenthes hookeriana can be sensitive to water quality. We recommend rain water, distilled, or reverse osmosis filtered water.
